Book your yoga class here. This entitles you to one class for the date you have booked.

All my Yoga classes are Hatha Yoga Style. Classes focus on building strength and flexibility as well as breathing and relaxation. Whilst the classes are suitable for beginners and those with no experience of practising Yoga, some previous experience would be an advantage. Variations are given to accommodate your own range of movement and props and equipment are provided. All classes are 75mins except my Rowan House class on a Wednesday which is 60 mins.
