Surrender to the Season-Autumn Equinox September 21st 2019 1-7pm

45.00

At the Autumnal Equinox, day and night are in near equal balance and there is a shift of emphasis from sun to moon, light to dark, action to contemplation, growth to dormancy, fruitfulness to composting, building up to letting go and shedding, and movement towards stillness.

As we move into Autumn, this is the perfect time to pause after the growing season of Summer and take time to consider how best to recuperate, regenerate, replenish and balance your energy.

Join me for a glorious Autumn day of Walking Meditation, tea, homemade cakes, reflective Yoga Session, Yoga Nidra (conscious relaxation) Guided Meditation and Journaling. Finish your finely balanced day sat in nature, gathered around the fire with a bowl of nourishing, homemade soup and bread, appreciating all of Autumn’s finest glory and the abundance of the season and soul.

Your day will be spent outdoors in the beautifully serene and secluded space of Longwater Community Farm https://www.longwater.org.uk/ a small scale, off grid, organic, non-meat farm, who work closely with the local community.

Weather permitting, all of our practices will be outdoors giving us the benefit of the powerful and healing energies of Mother Nature. There will be a canvas marquee as an alternative space in which to practice should the weather be unkind to us.
